PHYSICIAN OPPORTUNITY!

Ridgeview Medical Centre is a busy family medicine clinic based in the spectacular mountain community of Canmore, Alberta. Our multi-disciplinary team presently includes 7 Family Physicians and 2 Licensed Practical Nurses. In addition to our Family Practice, we also offer Saturday walk-in clinic hours; and each of our physicians are members of the Bow Valley PCN.

Ridgeview Medical Centre is looking for multiple physicians to join our team. The schedule is negotiable; however, the expectation would be an ongoing schedule of 3-4 shifts per week, potentially including 1 x evening shift per week (offering same-day / walk-in clinic services) and rotating weekend walk-in / hospitalist coverage. Clinical privileges with Canmore General Hospital are a requirement of the position.

MEDICAL OFFICE ASSISTANT – Part-Time

Ridgeview Medical Centre is seeking an experienced Medical Office Assistant to work a combination of shifts, including day and weekend walk-in clinics.
Requirements
These positions require a commitment to being able to work permanent weekend schedules and occasional evening shifts. A rotating schedule may be considered.
The successful candidate will be required to provide a current, clear Criminal Record Check, including vulnerable sector search.
Responsibilities
These individuals perform front desk reception duties, dealing directly with our patients and physicians; provide support to the clinical team and management; and play a key role in the organization and flow of clinic operations. A calm, yet efficient demeanour and the ability to work autonomously in busy situations are key to success in this position.
