Originally from Western Australia, Debra came to Canada and the Bow Valley on a working holiday visa in 2008. Though it was her intention to just visit for a year or two, fast forward to today and Debra now finds herself settled firmly in the Bow Valley with her young family.
Debra joined Ridgeview in December 2014 as our Clinic Manager following many years as an Executive Assistant in Hospitals and Government.
Emma joined the team at Ridgeview as a Medical Office Assistant in February 2016, working the evening and weekend walk-in clinics, as well as covering daytime shifts as needed. After a short trip back home to sunny Queensland, Australia, she has returned to enjoy her second working holiday visa surrounded by the people and beautiful scenery of the Bow Valley that she grew to love during her first visit.
With over ten years experience in medical reception, Emma has also recently branched out into radiology administration and enjoys learning new fields of interest. Emma enjoys hiking, traveling and reading a good book in the mountains.
One of our longest-serving MOA's, Katherine moved from Calgary in May 2006 and joined the Ridgeview team on a part time basis. In the years since then, Katherine advanced to a full time postition focussing on referrals with Dr. Reed, before accepting a role with the Bow Valley Primary Care Network providing Panel Management Assistance to the Ridgeview team.
Katherine left her PCN role with Ridgeview in November 2016 to work with Dr. Reed at the Banff Sport Medicine, Canmore Clinic; however can still be seen at Ridgeview now and then as a casual team member.
Michelle joined Ridgeview Medical in September 2014 after successful completion of the Medical Office Assistant program through Bow Valley College. She has quickly become a regular feature at the front desk, handling our referrals and the multitude of administrative tasks with a smile on her face. She and her family love living in Canmore and enjoying everything it has to offer.
