How - Winter activities like: Swimming, Stationary cycling, A brisk walk on the downtown trails, Cross country skiing... or just park further away from work and walk!
Why - There are a myriad of health benefits: studies have shown that cardiovascular disease, mental illness, diabetes, and cancer risk are all reduced with regular physical activity!
